At Mohaa Tea, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in sourcing, packaging, and delivering our teas to ensure you enjoy the finest quality. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our Return & Refund Policy.
This policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted. By placing an order with us, you agree to the conditions listed below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide details along with clear photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable nature of tea, we are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

Return Process

If your return request meets the eligibility criteria, please follow the steps below:
Contact us at contactmohaatea@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order ID, description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Our customer support team will review your request and confirm whether your return is approved.
Once approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging. Shipping details will be shared via email.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds: In cases where the product is returned in less-than-original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Rejected Refunds: If the returned product does not meet our return eligibility (e.g., opened or used), no refund will be provided.

Replacements

If you prefer, instead of a refund, we can send you a replacement for eligible returns. Replacements are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame:
  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank as processing delays may occur.
